New Ventana Diesel Pushers Available in 35 – 43 ft. Lengths

The 2024 Newmar Ventana diesel pusher is the recipient of Newmar’s planned recreational vehicle life cycle change. The 2024 Ventana motorhome is available in 35’, 38’, 40’ and 43 ft. floor plans on a Freightliner® XCR Chassis as standard equipment, with an optional upgrade and corresponding incremental price increase to a Spartan® K2 chassis. New for 2024 is the Cummins L9 380HP diesel engine with VGT (Variable Geometry Turbocharger) Engine Brake on the 35’ and 38’ floor plans. The 40’ and 43’ Ventanas will continue to offer the Cummins L9 400HP diesel engine on a Freightliner XCR chassis as standard, and the Spartan K2 chassis as an optional upgrade. All 2024 Ventanas continue to have Newmar’s popular Comfort Drive™ Steering System which provides driver-friendly benefits like “auto-centering” after a 90-degree turn, as well as uneven road and wind resistance. This makes the Ventana motorhome easier to handle and benefits the driver with less fatigue. The 40-foot and longer RVs have Passive Steer technology which allows the vehicle to make tighter turns. The Tire Pressure Monitoring System is a standard feature on both the Freightliner XCR and Spartan K2 chassis. Electronic Stability Control and Auto Tractions Control are standard features on both Freightliner and Spartan chassis. All 43 ft. Ventana floor plans in 2024 will be all-electric as a standard feature. Three new exterior designs and paint schemes have been introduced in this life cycle update to Newmar’s popular Ventana line. In addition, three new interior decors are presented with new porcelain tile flooring, backsplashes, bedding styling, window treatments and dash design. The décor enhancements continue with new bathroom sink styles and new plumbing fixtures and hardware. Newmar’s Ventana motorhome is the second most popular diesel pusher model in the Newmar lineup.

Ventana presented in three Full-Masterpiece Finish™
Paint Schemes

This year’s Ventana is presented in three all-new Full-Masterpiece Finish paint schemes with Clearcoat Finish as well as Diamond Shield Protection on the front cap.  The three new exterior designs and color schemes are “Barnet,” “Camden,” and “Stroud.”  In addition, new front and rear cap styling complements the life cycle enhancements found on the all-new 2024 Newmar Ventana.   
 

INTERIOR DECORATION

Three all-new interior décors are offered in the 2024 Ventana motorhomes  They include “Brighton,” “Palisades,” and “Saguaro.”  From the top-to-bottom with a new feature ceiling to new porcelain tile flooring, new cabinet and furniture designs.  The 2024 Ventana is brimming with the latest in recreational vehicle décor.  Each of the three interior décor stylings features design elements including furniture, fabrics, window coverings, flooring, and polished solid surface countertops.

WOOD DESIGN

Newmar’s cabinetmaking with its handcrafted techniques, mitered corners, and attention to detail separates these wood treatments from the rest of the RV industry.  Rich hardwood maple is selected to meet the discerning tastes of Newmar’s RV audience.   There are four wood finishes being retained from last year for the Ventana line including: “Bermuda Glazed Maple,” “Glacier Glazed Maple,” “Newport Glazed Maple,” and “Toffee Glazed Maple.”  Each of these attractive hardwoods is offered in “High Gloss” or “Matte Finish.”

New Highlights and Feature Changes for the 2024 Ventana by Newmar

Here are some highlights of new features, upgrades, and options for Newmar’s 2024 Ventana diesel pusher.
 
  • Newmar has retained six Ventana diesel pusher floor plans in the 40’ and 43’ length from 2023.
  • The 34’ and 37’ Ventana floor plans have been lengthened to 35’ and 38’ respectively, to accommodate the Cummins L9 380HP diesel engine. In addition, the increase in length gives Newmar the ability to add an optional drop-down bunk in the front overhead without compromising floor plans’ features and benefits.
  • The new (3507) is a 35 ft. full-wall slide plan with a mid-bath feature, and (3512) is a quad-slide, mid-coach bath plan. The new (3809) is a 38 ft. bath and a half plan, and (3817) is a quad-slide plan.
  • Modifications have been made on six floor plans including (4037, 4068, 4310, 4326, 4328 and 4369) to accommodate the optional drop-down overhead bunk.
  • A Cummins L9 380HP diesel engine with Variable Geometry Turbocharger (VGT) Engine Brake is standard on all 35’ and 38’ Freightliner XCR Chassis.
  • The Tire Pressure Monitoring System is a standard feature on both the Freightliner and Spartan chassis.
  • A 24K drive axle is being employed on the 35’ Freightliner and Spartan chassis.
  • A 9-inch wheel rim is standard on 35’ Freightliner and Spartan chassis.
  • A 14.6K front axle rating is specified on the 38’ and 40’ Spartan chassis.
  • New 295/80R22.5 tires are specified on the 38’ and 40’ Freightliner chassis.
  • Electronic Stability Control and Auto Tractions Control are standard on both the Freightliner and Spartan chassis.
  • A completely new dash design including a larger 9” Xite Dash Radio Monitor.
  • The exterior front and rear caps have been redesigned, and three new exterior color designs and paint schemes are presented in 2024.
  • The hood on the newly designed front cap has a new hood strut.
  • A hand-pull has been added to the rear engine door.
  • There is a running change to replace the baggage seals, to match the Dutch Star, resulting in no longer requiring basement doors to be slammed for closure.
  • New cabinet and furniture features include:
    • New furniture styling, including the front driver and passenger seats.
    • New slide-out fascia designs.
    • A new ceiling feature.
    • New drawer front to match door style.
    • New door and drawer hardware.
    • New headboard style.
    • New styling of the pocket and swing doors.
    • Decorative “feet” have been added to the kitchen cabinetry.
    • 58” non-sleeper sofa on the passenger’s side for the 4310 and 4326 floor plans.
  • The window behind the television will increase to 29” on selected floor plans.
  • New 2024 Ventana life cycle changes greatly enhance the interior offerings with:
    • New porcelain tile flooring.
    • New backsplashes in the kitchen and bath areas.
    • New bedding style.
    • Three new interior décor packages named “Brighton,” “Palisades,” and “Saguaro.”
    • New window treatments.
    • New dash design
  • New sink(s) styles are featured in bathrooms.
  • New plumbing fixtures and bath hardware.
  • New fiberglass shower pans in selected floor plans.
  • New shower doors for selected floor plans.
  • The 2024 Ventana 43’ floor plans will be all-electric as a standard feature.
  • New wall sconces in the living area.
  • New vanity lights in the bathrooms.
  • Upgraded charging port in the new dash which will have a USB/USB-C combination.
  • The control for the Oasis Chinook Dual Loop Heating and Hot Water System will move from the front overhead cabinet to the KIB 10” screen on 43’ models.

Option Changes
 
  • Onguard Adaptive Cruise and Collision Mitigation System will be optional on both the Freightliner and Spartan chassis.
  • The optional Winegard Traveler satellite dish will have an auto stow feature which will automatically stow when the parking brake is released. This will only work when 120-Volt power is available (i.e., the inverter is “on,” the generator is running or the Ventana is connected to shore power.)
  • A newly developed drop-down bunk over the driver and passenger seats will account for one additional sleeping space.
  • The optional fold-down shower seat is NOT available on selected floor plans (3809, 4037, 4068, 4310, and 4326) due to new shower configuration and integrated seat design.
  • The living area recliner is NOT available on the following floor plans (3507, 3512, 3817, and 4068) due to the new front bunk option.

2024 VENTANa FEATURE LIST

The galley in the 2024 is well-appointed. The contemporary brushed aluminum Norcold front panel refrigerator and stainless steel microwave convection oven with air fryer feature are complemented by the Suburban Elite Series three-burner gas cooktop with options to upgrade to a flush-mounted induction cooktop and a convection oven above.  Optional upgrades push the boundaries even more, including  various Whirlpool® refrigerators and a dishwasher in a drawer. New for 2024 is the 43 ft. Ventana floor plans are all-electric as a standard feature.  A spacious kitchen pantry also keeps your dry goods tucked away safely and organized.  Interior comfort is handled by dual Penguin™ air conditioners with heat pumps as standard on all 35 to 40 ft. models while triple Penguin air conditioners with heat pumps are standard on the 43 ft. models.
