    The single largest attribute separating Independence RV from other RV dealers is Independence RV’s commitment to quality RV service on a daily basis. No other Newmar dealership knows that better than Independence RV.  The dealership has been a six-time recipient of the coveted Mahlon Miller Service Excellence Award for the best customer service among large-size Newmar RV dealerships in North America. In 2018, Newmar Corporation combined the two award levels, the Mahlon Miller Service Excellence Award with the Platinum Dealer award. The combined awards have been re-titled to the Diamond Award because it expands the customer service criteria to include sales, service and delivery presentation. The criteria includes a greater than 95% customer approval, combined with over 20 Newmar Customer Surveys returned to Newmar Corporation.

    Independence RV has established itself as a leading Newmar luxury motorhome dealership located in the Central Florida region.  Independence RV has won the Diamond Award for each of the three years since its inception. Servicing a wide array of Newmar diesel pushers and gas motorhomes with customers traveling across state lines for service is a testament to quality service provided to these Newmar motorhome owners.

    The ten questions on the Newmar Customer Satisfaction Survey cover the entire RV dealership experience, therefore an operation must receive high marks on all parts of the experience to earn this award.

    To even be considered for Newmar's top award, a dealer must score 95% or higher in post-service customer surveys. To win seven times like Independence has, they must consistently provide top-notch RV service on Newmar recreational vehicles.

In addition, the dealership has won Newmar's Transient Service Award which is bestowed on the top Newmar dealerships for outstanding service and warranty repair on brand new Newmar vehicles which were not purchased at the servicing dealership.
